Theodore H. Moro, 75, Navy Veteran
Theodore H. Moro, 75, of Lorain, died Monday, November 20, 2000, at Golden Acres Lorain County Home, in Amherst following a long illness with Parkinson Disease.Mr. Moro was born in Lorain and was a life long resident.
He attended Clearview High School. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII.
He had been employed at Ford Motor Company, Lorain for 27 years as an electrician, retiring in 1987.
Mr. Moro was a member of the Church of St. Peter in Lorain, and United Auto Workers Local 425.
He enjoyed playing tennis and was an avid roller skater.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Elsie A. (nee Hintos), 3 Sons: John E. of Lancaster, California, Richard A. of Dublin, Ohio and Dennis L. of Lorain, 2 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, Brother: Steve Moro of Elyria.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Angelina (nee Sivrini) Moro.
Private services were held at Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
