Samuel was born on February 16, 2000 in Lorain.

Samuel is survived by his mother Jamie Casarez, Father, Kevin Clark, his sister Elissia Clark, and his brother, Kevin Clark Jr., maternal grandparents, Priscilla and James Swyers, and paternal grandparents, Sharon and James Clark all of Lorain.

Friends may call the Schwartz, Spence and Boyer Home for Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain, on Monday evening from 7:00-9:00 p.m.

Graveside services will be held on November 28, 2000 at 1:00 p.m. at Ridge Hill Memorial Park in Amherst with Rev. Guy Morton, Pastor of Lakeview Baptist Church, Vermilion officiating.
