Wanda G. Flesher, 87, Inspector

Wanda G. Flesher, 87 (nee Mitner) of Lorain died on Saturday evening, December 23, 2000 at Kingston of Vermilion after a long illness.

Mrs. Flesher was born on February 5, 1913 in Weston, WV and moved to the Lorain area in 1953. She is a member of the Emmanuel United Methodist Church. Mrs. Flesher was a retired inspector with General Motors. She is a member of the UAW.

She is survived by two grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, a sister: Monalee Schutts of Weston, WV and her primary care giver and son in law: Charles Means of Lorain.

Mrs. Flesher was preceded in death by her husband: Raymond R. Flesher, who died November 29, 1999, daughter: Naomi Means, on June 25, 1999, her parents: James and Virginia (nee Ferby) Minter, sisters: Betty Lou Minter, Wilsie Fisher, brothers: Edward, Dewitt, Dwayne, Darrell, Adrian and Dewalt.

Friends may call at Schwartz, Spence & Boyer Home for Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain on Tuesday, December 26, 2000 from 3:00-6:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 27, 2000 at 9:30 a.m. in Schwartz, Spence, Boyer Home for Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain with Rev. Laroy Ruble officiating.

Mrs. Flesher will be buried at Ridge Hill Memorial Park Cemetery in Amherst Twp.
