Charles E. Watkins, Jr., 59, of North Ridgeville, passed away, Wednesday, January 17, 2001 at St. John & West Shore Hospital, Westlake following a lengthy illness.He was born August 17, 1941 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and moved to North Ridgeville from Cleveland eighteen years ago.
Charles was a construction laborer with Union Local # 860. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Four sons survive him, Edward Watkins of Parma; Donald Watkins of Cleveland; John LeWallen of North Ridgeville and Derek LeWallen of New Jersey; his mother, Helen Watkins (nee Tennant) of North Ridgeville and a brother, Ward Watkins of North Ridgeville. His father, Charles E. Sr. and a sister, Darlene Farmer, preceded him in death.
Private family services will be held. Cremation by Busch Crematory. Arrangements handled by the Busch-Bogner Family Chapel, North Ridgeville.
