Carrie M. Schneider, 99, Enjoyed Gardening

Carrie M. Krueck (nee Dobbeck) Schneider, 99, of Lorain died early Saturday morning, January 20, 2001 at Autumn Ages Nursing Home in Lorain, OH following an extended illness.
Mrs. Schneider was born on February 18, 1901 in Lorain, OH and was a life long resident of the area. She had been employed by Singer Sewing Store and was in the home lighting department of the Ohio Public Service Co. She was a member of the St. John's United Church of Christ in South Amherst.
She enjoyed gardening, cooking and sewing.
Mrs. Schneider is survived by her daughter: Mary Lou Krueck Wilkins of Elyria, OH.
She was preceded in death by her 1st husband: Murlin B. Krueck, 2nd husband: Fred Schneider on January 3, 1974, a son: Dale A. Krueck on March 5, 1995, her parents: Simon P. & Minnie Dobbeck, 4 brothers and 4 sisters.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. in the Ridge Hill Memorial Park Cemetery, 44805 North Ridge Rd., Amherst Twp., Amherst, OH. Rev. Paul D. Eaton, pastor of St. John's United Church of Christ in South Amherst, officiating.
There is no visitation.
