Beverly Anne Gleba, 63, Enjoyed Bingo and Bowling

Beverly Anne Gleba (nee Mielcarek), age 63, of North Ridgeville, died Monday, March 5, 2001, in her home following a brief illness.

Beverly was born on January 18, 1938, in Lorain. She moved to Cleveland at the age of five. She then moved to North Ridgeville and has been a resident since 1987. She attended John Marshall High School, Cleveland.

Beverly was a member of the VFW Post 6676, Auxiliary, Berea. Her hobbies include playing cards, bingo, fishing, bowling and cooking.

She is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Fred Gleba; 9 daughters: Elizabeth martin, of Stow, Helen Pridemore, of Elyria, Anne Sabo, of Avon, Rebecca Kohl, of Lodi, Debra Roush, of Elyria, Karen Gleba of North Olmsted, and Linda Gleba, of Elyria; 16 grandchildren; and brother Carl A. Mielcarek of Avon Lake.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Carl E. in 1997 and Elizabeth (nee Shullick) Mielcarek in 1966, and brother Donald Shullick in 1980.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 7, 2001 from 4-8 p.m. in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Ave., Lorain. Services will be held on Thursday, March 8, at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Rev. William Schill, Deacon of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Lorain will officiate. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
