Lucille Marsico, 83, Teacher
Lucille Marsico (nee Marsico), 83, of Lorain, died Tuesday May 8, 2001, at her residence. She was born March 2, 1918 in Lorain, and was a life long resident.Mrs. Marsico was a graduate of Lorain High School Class of 1936, and a 1971 graduate of Kent State University with a B.S. Degree in Education.
She was a substitute teacher at the Lorain Schools for 14 years.
She was a member of the Catholic Church of St. Peter in Lorain.
She was an avid golfer, making a hole in one on April 30, 1978, at Deer Track Golf Course in South Amherst, she also enjoyed bowling and sewing.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years Nicholas
Daughter: Nicki Cancelliere of Westlake
Sons: Michael D. Marsico of Lorain and Leonard P. Marsico of West Bloomfield, MI.

She was preceded in death by a son Lawrence Marsico and her parents Michael and Incornata (nee Calzone), Marsico.
Friends may call at the Reidy-Scanlan-Chambers Funeral Home, 2150 Broadway, Lorain on Thursday from 4-8 p.m.
Funeral services will be Friday 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home followed by a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian burial at the Catholic Church of St. Peter, 3501 Oberlin Ave., Lorain with the Rev. Michael Williamson, Associate Pastor.
Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
