Lois L. Bull, 81, Worked for Lorain Police Department
Lois L. Bull (nee Ducksworth), age 81, of Lorain, died Wednesday, May 9, 2001, at Community Health Partners Hospital and Surgical Center, Lorain, following a lengthy illness.Lois was born, February 21, 1920, in Lorain, and has been a resident of Lorain her entire life.
Prior to retiring, Ms. Bull worked for the Lorain Police Department, in the Narcotics Division. She enjoyed drawing.
She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Pierce, of Newark, OH; 6 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Frederick and Isodora (nee Clygon) Ducksworth; daughter, Ruth Bring, in 1991; and sister, Nina Cheney.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, May12, 2001, from 2-3 p.m. in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Ave., Lorain.
