Jason S. Uebbing, 23, Construction Laborer

He was born November 4, 1977 in Cleveland grew up in Sheffield Lake (1977-1987) and Avon Lake (1987-2000) before moving to North Ridgeville one year ago. He attended the Avon Lake High School and was employed as a construction laborer for Cole Excavating for three years. Jason enjoyed hunting and fishing and camping.

Jason is survived by his parents, Theodore E. and Soon Cha (nee Yu) of Avon Lake; a sister Jamie Uebbing of Cleveland; his paternal grandfather Theodore H. Uebbing of Florida; and many aunts and uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Joe Yung Yu and Baksul Kang and paternal grandmother Marilyn Uebbing.

Friends may call at the BUSCH-BURMEISTER FAMILY CHAPEL, 163 Avon-Belden Rd. Avon Lake from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday. Services will be held at the chapel at Resthaven Memory Gardens, 3700 Center Rd. Avon Friday May 25 at 10:00 a.m. Rev. Guy Morton, pastor of Lakeview Baptist Church, Vermilion will officiate. Burial will follow services at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
