Howard D. Radde, 86, Electrician

Harold D. Radde, 86 of Vermilion died on Friday, June 1, 2001 at Community Health Partners Hospital and Surgical Center in Lorain OH following a long illness.

Mr. Radde was born on September 10, 1914 in Lorain, OH and lived the last 52 years in Vermilion.

He attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering. He was a member of the Congregational-United Church of Christ in Vermilion. He was an electrician working from IBEW Local 129. After his retirement, he begins working as an inter-office mailman at LCCC. He worked there for 10 years and retired at age 80.

He was a 50 year member F & AM, Charleston Lodge #522.

Mr. Radde is survived by his wife Evelyn (nee McMaster) Radde, and his daughter, Carol Hoff of Vermilion.

He is preceded in death by his father and step-mother: Carl and Carrie (nee Ellis) Radde, and his brother Raymond Radde.

Friends may call on Monday, June 04, 2001 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Schwartz, Spence & Boyer Home for Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain, OH 44052.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 5, 2001 at 10:30 a.m. in the Schwartz, Spence & Boyer Home for Funerals in Lorain, OH with Rev. Wandall A Brooker, pastor officiating.

Harold D. Radde will be buried in the Elmwood Cemetery, Lorain, Ohio.
