Paulette Panisiak, 51, of Lorain, formerly of Yuma, Arizona, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2001 at Community Health Partners Hospital and Surgical center in Lorain following a long illness. Mrs. Panisiak was born August 8, 1949 in Cleveland and had lived in North Ridgeville until moving to Yuma, Arizona eight years ago. She returned to the area one month ago.
The service will be held at BUSCH-BURMEISTER FAMILY CHAPEL, 163 Avon-Belden Rd., Avon Lake, Wednesday, June 13, 2001 at noon. Fr. John Wessel, retired Associate Pastor, St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Church, Avon, will officiate. Interment will follow in Resthaven Memory Garden, Avon.
