Sandy Mae Schill, 52, Enjoyed Family Outings
Sandy Mae Schill (nee Loback), 52, of Avon, passed away Monday, July 30, 2001 at St. John & West Shore Hospital, Westlake, following complications of a heart attack. She was born June 13, 1949 in Cleveland Heights and moved to Avon from the Cleveland area in 1957. Sandy was a 1967 graduate of Avon High School and was employed as an assembler for R.W. Beckett, North Ridgeville, from 1985 to 1994 and most recently for Midway Trophy, Elyria, for the past two years. She was a member of St. Mary the Immaculate Conception Church, Avon, and enjoyed fishing, boating, dancing, family outings and her grandchildren.Mrs. Schill is survived by her husband of 32 years, Tony, whom she married September 21, 1968; a son: Tony Schill of Elyria; daughter: Chrissy Smarsh (Tim) of Amherst; two grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a grandson: Chase Schill and her parents: John and Lillian (nee Kustra) Loback.
Friends may call at the BUSCH-BURMEISTER FAMILY CHAPEL, 32000 Detroit Road, Avon, from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. Thursday. Services will be held at the funeral home Friday, August 3, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. Fr. Thomas Cleaton, pastor of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Church, Avon, will officiate. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
