Anna M. Gonzales, 84, Enjoyed Her Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren

She was born on July 2, 1917 in Columbus, Ohio and lived in Bellaire, Ohio before moving to Lorain in 1924.

She was a member of St. Vitus Catholic Church, Lorain.

She enjoyed word puzzles, watching western movies on television, and her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years: Manuel Gonzales; son: Donald of Dallas, TX; daughter: Mrs. Sharol Leibas of Lorain; many grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Pauline (nee Halinar) Majzun in 1965 and John Majzun; and three brothers: Michael in 1958, John, and Stephen in 1980.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 13, 2001 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain, where a parish rosary will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. The funeral will be held on Friday, September 14, 2001 at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home followed by a 10:00 a.m. mass at St. Vitus Catholic Church, 1785 East 32nd Street, Lorain. Rev. Fr. Simon Nekic, Pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
