Phyllis J. Laskosky, 73, Wife and Mother
Phyllis J. Laskosky, (nee Schoolmaster), 73 of Lorain, died Friday, October 19, 2001, morning at Amherst Manor in Amherst following a lengthy illness.Mrs. Laskosky was born march 8, 1928 in Ypsilanti, Michigan. She came to the Lorain area in in 1965.
Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Roy R. Laskosky, sons, Jay Lynn Parson of Wakeman, Mark R. Laskosky of Worchester, Mass., daughter, Lisa Ann Laskosky of Amherst,
Daughter-in-law, Gloria Spanfellner of Monroeville, brother, Darwin Schoolmaster of Michigan.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Wm Parsons, a son, Scott Parsons, and her parents, Orlo Wendell and Viola (nee Kay) Schoolmaster.
Friends may call on Sunday, October 21, 2001 from 2-4 an d7-9 p.m. at the Reidy-Scanlan-Chambers Funeral Home, 2150 Broadway, Lorain.
Funeral service will be Monday, October 22, 2001 at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home with the Minister, Bob Eddy of Lorain Church of Christ, officiating.
Interment will be at Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township.
