Leland S. Green, 75, Air Canada Manager
Leland S. Green, 75, of North Olmsted, formerly of Avon Lake, passed away, Monday, November 5, 2001 at St. John West Shore Hospital, following a short illness.Mr. Green was born, June 20, 1926 in Lakewood.
Mr. Green was a WWII navy Veteran and had worked for Air Canada as a manager at Both Cleveland Hopkins and Chicago O'Hare Airports for 30 years. He enjoyed traveling and stamp collecting.
He is survived by his children, Barbara Green of Elliston, VA, Sara Green of Westlake, Douglas (Denise) of Carlsbad, CA and Brian (Helen) of Avon Lake. Other survivors include grandchildren, Amanda and Benjamin; a brother Robert (Carol) and his former wife Barbara. Besides his parents, Leland and Ida Lee Green, he is preceded in death by a brother, Thomas.
Private family service will be held. Arrangements are by the Busch-Burmiester Family Chapel, Avon Lake.
