Florence Catherine Kessler Tiano, 83, Nurse's Aide
Florence Catherine Kessler Tiano, (nee Watson) age 83 of Aiken, South Carolina formerly of Lorain died on Thursday, November 29, 2001 at University Hospital, Augusta Georgia following a lengthy illness.She was born on April 4, 1918 in Elkins West Virginia moving to this area in1951. She then moved to Aiken, South Carolina 5 � years ago.
She was a member of the Church of God of North Carolina, Inc.
She was employed as a nurse's aide at St. Joseph Hospital in Lorain for 30 years.
She is survived by her 3 daughters: Mary Ann Kessler Ostrander and Shirley Evans both of Aiken, South Carolina and Dolores Yost of New Ellenton, South Carolina, Brother: Burl Watson of Stewart Florida, 6 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her 1st husband: Clayton E. Kessler, in 1961, son: Clayton E. Kessler in 1994, and granddaughter A'Lise Marie Yost in 1968.
The family will receive friends on Monday, December 03, 2001 from 7-9 p.m. in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Ave., Lorain. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2001 at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Rev. Hillard Foster, Sr. and Rev. John Wilkins, Jr. pastors of the Church of God of North Carolina Inc. will officiate. Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township, Ohio.
