Bruce L. "Big Ben" Johnson, died on Saturday, January 19, 2002, at Community Health Partners Hospital, Lorain, Following a lengthy illness.He was born on August 3, 1951 in Bradshaw, West Virginia, living in Lorain since he was nine years old.
Bruce enjoyed riding motorcycles, spending time with friends, gardening, and tending to his roses.
He is survived by his wife of 21 years: Violet (nee Kilzer) and brother: Arthur, of Weaverville, NC.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Charles L. and Gladys (nee Poore) Johnson, and a sister in infancy.
Private services were held by the Dovin Funeral Home 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain.
