Elijah S. Riggins 4 month old son of Nina M. Archuleta and Ricky G. Riggins of Lorain died Friday, February 1, 2002, unexpectedly in E. M. H. Regional Medical Center, Elyria. He was born October 27, 2001 in Lorain.Among the survivors are his brothers Raymond D. Riggins and Michael A. Canterbury, sisters Britany R. Riggins and Kayla M. Canterbury all at home.
Maternal Grandparents Angel and Virginia (nee Archuleta) Gonzalez of Lorain; paternal Grandparents George Riggins of Hollandale, Mississippi and Pearline (nee Willis) Riggins of Lorain.
Maternal Great Grandparents Jose and Carmen (nee Dueno) Gonzalez of Lorain and Clara Barela of Phoenix Arizona; Maternal Great Great Grand Mother Petra Martinez of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
He was preceded in death by his Maternal Great Great Grandfather Jim Archuleta; paternal Great-Great Grandparents Perry and Willie Pearl Willis, Sr. and Great-Great Grandmother Lillie Miller.
Visitation will be private. Graveside service will be Monday 12:00 PM in Calvary Cemetery, 55 North Ridge Road, Lorain.
