Dennis J. Rolfe, 49, Painter
Dennis J. Rolfe, 49 of Vermilion, died Sunday, February 24, 2002 at Broadview Multi-Care Center, Parma after a 2-year illness.
Born November 23, 1952 in Cleveland he lived most of his life in Vermilion.
He graduated from Vermilion High School and was a self-employed painter. He played lead guitar with the Whisky Rockers Band in Lorain.
He is survived by his daughter, Carrie, Lorain; a brother, Timothy Rolfe, Vermilion; a sister, Sally Thombs, Cleveland, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Rolfe, and mother, Wanda Rosenthul Rolfe.
Friends may call Wednesday, February 27, 2002 from 2-4 an d7-9 p.m. at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion where funeral services will be held Thursday, February 28, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. Father Steve Blum, pastor of St. Mary Catholic Church, Vermilion will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Vermilion.
