Nora Lee Matty, 59, Enjoyed Crocheting and Artwork

She was born March 6, 1943 in Cleveland and was a 1962 graduate of Avon Lake High School. She moved to Aurora from Avon Lake in 1974. She was a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting and artwork.

Mrs. Matty is survived by her husband Wayne, whom she married on October 20, 1973; a son, Tom W. Aurora; her father James R. Wightman of Avon Lake and her sister, Jean Jackson (Bob) of Avon Lake and three nephews, Lucas, Nick and Ryan Jackson.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Frieda Gieger (1989) and a nephew, James Jackson.

Friends may call at the Lake Shore United Methodist Church, 33199 Electric Blvd, Avon Lake on Tuesday, March 26 from 11:00 a.m. until time of services at 1:00 p.m. Rev. William Grant, pastor of Lake Shore United Methodist Church will officiate. Interment will take place at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
