Paul T. Stack, 73, VP of the former Roth Corporation
Paul T. Stack, age 73, of Lorain died on Tuesday, April 30, 2002 at New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph in Lorain following a brief illness.Mr. Stack was born on April 29, 1929 in Lorain and was a life long resident. He was a graduate of Lorain High School Class of 1947 and a graduate of John Carroll University with a bachelor of science degree. Mr. Stack was an active member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp. serving during the Korean Conflict.
Mr. Stack was a retired vice president of the former Roth Corporation retiring in 1982. He served as a director for the Lorain national Bank and the Larson Foundation Board. He was a member of the Beaver Creek Hunt Club and the former Lorain yacht Club. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, golfer and outdoorsman.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Dineen (nee Reagan) Stack, his two daughters, Maureen Dunphy and Paula Tobias, his son, Francis Stack all of Lorain, and 6 grandchildren.
Mr. Stack is preceded in death by his parents Frank and Regina (nee Teemer) Stack, his sister Patricia Ginnane, his brothers Francis Stack, George Stack, John Stack and William Stack.
Friends may call at Schwartz Spence Boyer & Cool Home for funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain, OH on Friday, May 3, 2002 from 2 to 9 p.m. Family will be present from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
Funeral services will be held on May 4, 2002 at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home followed by a 10:00 Mass of Christian Burial at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 1305 E. Erie Ave., Lorain, OH with Rev. Joseph West and Rev. Frank Smith officiating.
Paul T. Stack will be buried at Calvary Cemetery in Lorain.
