Irene M. Nail, 88, Stock Clerk
Irene M. Nail, age 88, of Lorain passed away, Monday, May 20, 2002 at Community Health Partners following a brief illness.Born May 17, 1914 in Lorain and had been a lifelong resident.
She was employed as a Stock Clerk with Lorain Products for 13 years retiring in 1972.
She was a member of Christian Temple Disciples of Christ, Eastern Star Day Chapter, Eagles Auxiliary #1442 and enjoyed playing bingo, reading and crocheting.
Survivors include her sons: Robert Miles of Gardena, CA, William Miles of Middleburg, FL, daughter: Alice Karason of Amherst, 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and sister, Thelma Butcher of Amherst.
Proceeded in death by her first husband, Robert Miles in 1944, her second husband, Clifton Nail in 1957, parents Arthur and Alice (Norris) Smith.
Visitation will be Wednesday, May 22, 2002 at Reichlin-Cooley Funeral Home, 2920 Broadway, Lorain. Funeral services will be Thursday, May 23rd at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Jerry Banks officiating.
Burial will follow at Ridge Hill Memorial Park.
