Doris V. Hoskinson, 83, Resident of Vermilion since 1950
Doris V. Hoskinson (nee Howell), age 83, of Vermilion, died Wednesday, July 3, 2002 at Specialty Hospital of Lorain following a brief illness.She was born on July 18, 1918 in Key, Ohio and has been a resident of Vermilion since 1950, moving from Lorain.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Vermilion.
Survivors include her sons, Kevin Hoskinson of Olmsted Township and Ronald Hoskinson of Wilmington, Delaware; 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild, brother, Earl Howell of Marshallville, Ohio.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Harry E. Hoskinson in 2000, parents, Harrison and Laura (nee Hunnell) Howell, sister, Freda Mellott and brother, Roy Howell.
Friend may call on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, Ohio where services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery.
