Lori Sue Nord, 40, Lifelong Lorain resident

Lori Sue Nord, (nee Tiller), 40, of Lorain died on Friday July 26, 2002 at her residence, following a lengthy illness. She was born February 27, 1962 in Lorain and had been a lifelong resident.

Mrs. Nord retired in 1996 after 15 years as a registered nurse, formerly employed at the Elyria Memorial Medical Center, and local nursing homes.

She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Lorain.

Her survivors include her husband Lonnie Ray Nord, daughter Rebekah Margaret Knall of Lorain and twin sons Matthew Landon Nord and Andrew Jennings Nord at home. Also, 1 grandchild Alexis Knall, sisters, Leslie Strunk of Lorain and Linda Kaylor of Sheffield Lake and brother Jerry Tiller of Lorain.

Preceded in death include her parents Jennings Lancon (1993) and Margaret Ilene (1999) (nee Norton) Tiller.

Friends may call on Wednesday from 2-6 p.m. at Reldy-Scanlan-Chambers Funeral Home, 2150 Broadway, Lorain, where the St. Anthony's Marian Guild will recite the rosary at 4 p.m.

Family and Friends are asked to gather directly, Thursday, August 1, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 1305 E. Erie Ave., Lorain, for a Mass of Christian Burial with the Rev. Joseph West, Pastor, officiating.

Interment at Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Twp.
