John D. Fulton, 68, enjoyed traveling and a sports enthusiast

John D. Fulton, 68 formerly of Lorain died on Tuesday, July 30, 2002 at Nathan Adelson Hospice in Las Vegas, NV following a brief illness.

Mr. Fulton was born on October 2, 1933 in Lorain, OH and lived here until 18 months ago, when he moved to Las Vegas. He was a US Army veteran serving during the Korean Conflict.

He retired as superintendent at B.F. Goodrich in Avon in 1992.

He was a member of Lorain Masonic Lodge #552 F & AM, Scottish Rite Valley of Cleveland and Al Koran Temple. He was a member of the Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Lorain. Mr. Fulton enjoyed traveling and was a sports enthusiast.

Mr. Fulton is survived by his wife, Jean (Miller) Fulton. His daughter, Terri J. Brown of Lorain, sons, Jeffrey C. Fulton of Sheffield Village, John D. Fulton of Hanford, CA, Randy J. Fulton of Riverdale, UT, 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, sisters July Bennett of Elyria, Eunice Reichert of San Diego, CA, his brother Earl Fulton of Amherst, OH, step-daughter Debby Leidenheimer of Amherst, step sons, Fred Voros of Elyria, Gene Voros of Amherst, OH, Mark Voros of Wakeman, and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his first wife Dolores J. (nee Ferguson) Fulton in 1994, his son Blake C. Fulton in 1994, and his parents John C. and Edith Mae (nee Wyckoff) Fulton.

Friend may call at Schwartz Spence Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain, OH 44052, on Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m. by his Lodge.

Funeral services will be Monday, August 5, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Darlene Robinson, pastor of the Emmanuel United Methodist Church, officiating.

John D. Fulton will be buried at Ridge Hill Memorial Park Cemetery in Amherst Twp., OH.
