Dale A. Quester, 74, Chemical Plant Operator and Maintenance Instrument Technician

Mr. Quester was born January 14, 1929 in Lorain and has been a resident of Elyria for the past 40 years.

He was a Chemical Plant Operator and later a maintenance Instrument Technician at BF Goodrich in Avon Lake. He retired in 1991 after completed 36 years of service.

He was an avid outdoorsman and loved spending time on property he owned in South Eastern Ohio. He also enjoyed gardening and hunting.

He is survived by his wife Evelyn Quester (nee Bickley), whom he was married to for 51 years. Other survivors include his sons David of Medina and Robert of Wakeman, daughters Dineen Ryales and Diane Quester of Elyria and 10 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Elizabeth (Elles) Quester and brother Donald Quester.

Friends may call at the Reichlin-Cooley Funeral Homes, 2920 Broadway Avenue, Lorain on Sunday, March 16th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Services will be Monday, march 17th at 11 a.m. at the Funeral Home. Rev. Dr. Linwood H. Chamberlain Jr. will officiate.
