Margaret June Stuck (nee Krug), 84, of Avon Lake, formerly of McMurray PA passed away Saturday, March 29, 2003 at Cleveland Clinic Hospice at the Renaissance, Olmsted Township following an 8 month illness with cancer.Mrs. Stuck was born May 29, 1918 in Oil City, PA and has lived in Avon Lake for the past 4 years.
Mrs. Stuck was a homemaker, a 1936 graduate of Oil City High School and a member of Peters Creek United Presbyterian Church, McMurray, PA. Other interest included gardening, bingo, fishing, music and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Mrs. Stuck is survived by two sons, Thomas (Barbara) of Avon Lake and Robert (Maryann) of Carmichaels, PA. Other survivors include 4 grandchildren: Elizabeth, Christopher, Jodie and Jeremy and a brother Robert Krug of Hilton Head, SC. Besides her husband, Lester R. Stuck; Mrs. Stuck is preceded in death by parents, George and Pearle (nee Sheats) Krug, sister: Lorraine Reynolds and brothers, Earl, Ralph and George.
Friends may call at the Busch-Burmeister Family Chapel, 163 Avon Belden Road, Avon Lake on Friday, April 4, 2003 for 1 hour prior to a 2 p.m. Memorial Service. Rev. Kendall Lancaster, Chaplain Cleveland Clinic Hospice will officiate.
Memorials may be forwarded to the charity of the donor's choice.
Cremation by Busch Crematory. Interment will be private in Grove Hill Cemetery, Oil City PA.
