Edwin R. "Bo" Schrock II, 33, Enjoyed restoring old cars and street rods, collector of sports memorabilia
Edwin R. "Bo" Schrock II, age 33, of Sheffield Township, died Sunday, April 6, 2003 at his home. He was born May 15, 1970 in Lorain and had been a lifelong resident of Sheffield Township.Mr. Schrock was a 1988 graduate of Clearview High School and attended Lorain County Joint Vocational School where he majored in carpentry.
He worked at RBI Industrial Wood Products in Lorain, Inland Refractory in Avon, and Unibus in Elyria.
Mr. Schrock enjoyed restoring old cars and street rods. He collected sports memorabilia and had autographs of many football and basketball players.
He is survived by his mother Dottie Schrock of Sheffield Township, sisters Lunette Szymczyk of Sheffield Township and Donna Rancher of Amherst, brothers Michael Schrock and Larry Schrock, both of Sheffield Township, nephews Matthew Szymczyk of Sheffield Township, Jeffry Rancher of Amherst and Brent Rancher of Amherst and one great niece Haili D'Agnese of Sheffield Township. He was preceded in death by his father Edwin R. Schrock I in 1974 and maternal grandmother Nellie M. McKinley in 2000.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 8, 2003 from 7-9 PM at the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave., Lorain where funeral services will be Wednesday at 2:15 PM. The Rev. John Gross, pastor of Christ United Methodist Church in Lorain, will officiate. Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township.
