Virginia Pineiro, 55
Virginia Pineiro, (nee Perez), age 55, of Lorain, died on Thursday, April 17, 2003 in the emergency Room of Community Health Partners, East, following a brief illness.She was born on July 4, 1947 in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, moving to this area in September of 2002.
She was employed as a supervisor in the cafeteria department of Fort Buchanan Army Base in Puerto Rico for a number of years.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Juan R. Pineiro, son Juan Pineiro, Jr. of Lorain, daughter Elizabeth Young of Lorain, two grandchildren, brother William Perez of Maryland and sister Gladys Mendez of Davenport, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Sixto and Hilda (nee Hernandez) Perez.
Private family services were held by the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain.
