Mary Lukach-Ondo, 90, Enjoyed reading and traveling
Mary Lukach-Ondo, 90, of Lorain, died Sunday, April 27, 2003 following a short illness. She was born August 17, 1912 in Marblehead, Ohio and she has lived in Lorain since 1918.She retired from Lorain Works US Steel, where she worked as a secretary in the Benefits Office for many years.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Lorain, and the St. Ann's Lodge #114. She enjoyed reading and traveling.
Surviving her is her sister, Magdalene Logar, of Lorain, 2 nieces and 3 nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Ondo, her parents, Frank A. Lukach and Anna (nee Mudrock), Lukach, sister Anna, brother John, and a nephew Robert Mager.
Private services were held. The Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain, handled the arrangements.
