Ann Louise Lutz, 63, Enjoyed being a mother, taking care of her home and yard
Ann Louise Lutz (nee Smith), age 63, and a resident of Lorain, passed away Saturday, May 17, 2003 at Community Health Partners Emergency Room, Lorain following a sudden illness. Born April 30, 1940 in Brewster, Ohio she has been a lifetime resident of Lorain.Ann enjoyed being a mother, taking care of her home, and doing yard work.
Survivors include her husband of forty-five years, Jack Dennis Lutz Sr., her sons: Robert Lutz of Amherst, James Lutz, Richard Lutz, Jack Lutz Jr., and Stanley Lutz, all of Lorain, six grandchildren, three great grandchildren, her brothers Chuck Frizzell and Jim Frizzell, both of Lorain, and her sisters Donna Kitts of North Carolina and Betty Frettinger of Indiana. She was preceded in death by her father Bud Smith, mother Mary (nee Carroll), by her stepfather Hurley Frizzell, by her brother Don Smith, and her sister Mary Deihl.
Friends may call Tuesday, May 20, 2003 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM at the Hempel Funeral Home, 373 Cleveland Ave., Amherst. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, at 11:00 AM from the funeral home. The Rev. Tom Shumate, associate pastor of Trinity Evangelical Free Church, Amherst, will officiate. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, South Amherst.
