Joshua B. Johnson, 23, Enjoyed football, basketball, and softball

Joshua Beau Johnson, age 23, of Lorain, passed away Tuesday morning in Community Health Partners Hospital from injuries sustained in an industrial accident. He was born Wednesday, March 12, 1980 in Uniontown, PA and lived in the Grafton and Lorain areas all his life.

Mr. Johnson is a Midview High School graduate, and just completed Electrician's courses at Lorain County J.V.S. He was employed by Camaco in Lorain as an Electrician's Apprentice. Mr. Johnson enjoyed football, basketball and played softball with his company's team.

He is survived by his father Ralph and stepmother Hazel Johnson of Grafton, Ohio daughter Isabella Rose Johnson of Grafton, Ohio, mother Anita Johnson of Vermilion, Ohio, sister Amanda Hovanitz of Elyria, Ohio, half-sister Rachel Britt of North Ridgeville, Ohio, grand parents Chuck and Olive Johnson of North Ridgeville, Ohio, and his companion Liz Wolf of Grafton, Ohio

He is proceeded in death by his maternal grand parents Dick and Marge Moyer

Friends may call in the Blackburn Funeral Home, 1021 Main St. Grafton, Friday, May 30, 2003 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with funeral services Saturday in the funeral home at 10:30 a.m.with Rev. James Cake pastor of Belden United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Nesbett Cemetery, Grafton Township.
