Brian J. McNulty, 50, Vietnam Veteran, enjoyed gardening, being outdoors, and music
Brian J. McNulty, 50, of Lorain, died on Thursday, June 5, 2003 in St. John's West Shore Hospital in Westlake unexpectedly. Mr. McNulty was born on January 18, 1953 in Lorain and was a lifelong resident.
He was a 1971 graduate of Lorain High School. As a child, he attended St. Mary School in Lorain. He was a US Army veteran, serving in Germany during the Vietnam conflict. He worked in the 70's and 80' for US Steel. He currently was a self-employed landscaper. Mr. McNulty enjoyed gardening, being outdoors, and music. He was a member of the American Legion Post # 30 and a former member of the VFW.
He is survived by his son, Jason B. McNulty, his daughter Jennifer C. McNulty both of Columbus and 2 grandchildren. Also surviving is his mother Patricia F. (nee Clark) McNulty of Lorain and one brother Martin J. McNulty also of Lorain. Mr. McNulty was preceded in death by his father Martin M. McNulty.
Friends may call at the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street on Monday, June 9, 2003 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. in the funeral home with the Chaplain of American Legion Post # 30 officiating. Burial will be Tuesday, June 10, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. in the Elmwood Cemetery with full military honors provided by VFW Post 451.
