Jerald D. Frame, 60, of Vermilion died on Tuesday, June 24, 2003 at New Life Hospice Center at St. Joseph in Lorain, OH following brief illness. Mr. Frame was born on August 22, 1942 in Braxton County, WV moving to Vermilion 28 years ago.He was a graduate of Gassaway High School in Gassaway, WV. He was a veteran of the US Marine Corp serving during the Vietnam Conflict. He was employed by Ford Motor Corporation, Lorain, as a maintenance welder. He was a member of the Mid Ohio Walking Horse Association.
Mr. Frame is survived by his wife Bonnie M. (nee Hruz) Frame, his step-son, Shane Dahlke of Lorain, sisters Juanita Burrows of Chesapeake, OH, Pearl Mace of Framestown, WV, Judy Slaughter of Jessup, MD, Ann Underwood of Gassaway, WV, Inez White of Richmond, VA, Bernice Wilson of Cottageville, WV, brothers Forrest Frame and Garrett Frame both of Gassaway, WV, Glenn Frame of Greensboro, NC, Norman Frame of Frametown, WV, and a many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents Chanie Charles and Lottie Mae (nee Smarr) Frame, sister Veda Conner, Gladys Kuhl, brothers: Earl Frame, Frank Frame, Kyle Frame, Leonard Frame, Newton Frame and Wesley Frame.
Friends may call at Schwartz Spence Boyer & Cool Home for Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain, OH, on Wednesday, June 25, 2003 from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. Additional visitation will be Thursday, June 26, 2003 from 10:00 a.m. till 11:30 a.m. service time at the Hope Baptist Church in Frametown, WV with Pastor Rich Demastus, officiating. Burial will be in the Frame Cemetery in Frametown, WV.
