Margaret Nancy Mantin, 78, Enjoyed traveling, especially to Las Vegas

Margaret Nancy (nee Nelson) Mantin, 78 of Lorain, died on Saturday, July 5, 2003 at Ohio Extended Care Center in Lorain, OH following a long illness. Mrs. Mantin was born on October 10, 1924 in Cleveland, OH and has lived in Lorain since 1935.

She was a graduate of Lorain High School Class of 1942-B.

Mrs. Mantin was a retired darkroom technician from Lorain Community Health Partners and Surgical Center. She was a member of the First Church of Christian Scientist. She enjoyed traveling especially to Las Vegas.

Mrs. Mantin is survived by her daughter, Rae N. Ingram of New London, OH. She is preceded in death by her husband Aloysius F. Mantin on May 7, 1990 and her parents George and Nelly (nee Haren) Nelson.

Private services were held at Ridge Hill Memorial Park Cemetery in Amherst Township, OH. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Lorain County Animal Protective League, 8303 Murray Ridge Road, Elyria, Ohio 44035.
