Lucy Anna Brehm, 94, Enjoyed sewing and crocheting
Lucy Anna Brehm age 94 of Grafton passed away Wednesday evening in the Elyria United Methodist Village after a long illness. She was born Friday April 30, 1909 in Chatham Va., and lived in the Grafton area since 1941.She is a member of the Grafton United Methodist Church for 60 years, and whom was a homemaker who enjoyed caring for her family home and enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and in the 1950's she made the cheerleaders uniforms for Grafton School.
She is survived by 3 daughters Norma Fildes of Grafton Ohio Nancy Storrow of Wellington, Ohio Carol Smith of Hull, Ga. 1 son Ray Brehm of Novelty, Ohio 14 Grand Children, 21 great grand children, 4 Great great grand children.
She is proceeded in death by her husband Ray in 1967, her parents Paul and Virginia Watson, a grandson Paul Flides in 1993, 2 brothers Tom & Dillard Watson, and 3 Sisters Carrie Wasem, Elizabeth Bowen, & Milred Dealba. Friends may call in the Grafton United Methodist Church 973 Mechanic St.Grafton on Saturday from 12:00pm until time of service at 2:00pm with Rev James Cake pastor of Belden United Methodist Church off.
Burial will be in Nesbett Cemetery, Grafton Twp. Family suggest memorials be made to New Life Partners in Lifecare 5255 North Abbe Rd. Elyria, Ohio 44035, or to the Grafton United Methodist Church 973 Mechanic St. Grafton, Ohio 44044.
