Thelma L. Strauser, 93, Enjoyed Crocheting

She was born December 20, 1909 in Lima, Ohio and had resided in Lorain since 1912.

Mrs. Strauser worked as a seamstress for Richmond Clothing Company in Lorain.

She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Lorain, AARP#399 and the Lorain Senior Volunteer Program. She enjoyed crocheting.

She is survived by her son Richard Strauser of Amherst and 3 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Strauser in 1990, son Donald Strauser in 2001, sister Lone Coven in 1993 and brother Wilbur Fish in 1974.

The family will receive friends Saturday at 10:00 a.m. until the time of funeral services at 11:00 a.m. at the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave., Lorain. The Rev. Matthew Darrin, pastor of Christ United Methodist Church of Lorain, will officiate. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery, Lorain.
