James J. Misuraca, 49, Avid golf and baseball fan
James J. Misuraca, 49 of Avon Lake, passed away, Tuesday, August 12 at Community Health Partners Hospital and Surgical Center, following complications of cancer. Mr. Misuraca was born, June 24, 1954 in Cleveland and had lived in Avon Lake more of his life.He had worked 18 years as a sales representative with Cleveland Coin, Cleveland. He was an avid sports fan, enjoying golf and baseball.
Mr. Miscuraca is survived by his father, Harold of Avon Lake; other survivors include two brothers Thomas H. Misuraca of Pittsburgh and Richard Misuraca of Avon Lake and significant other, Pamela Miller of Lakewood. He is preceded in death by his mother Angela (nee Testa) Miscuraca.
Friends may call at the Busch-Burmeister Family Chapel, 163 Avon-Belden Rd. Avon lake, Thursday, August 14, from 7:00-9:00 p.m., Friday, August 15, from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Prayer service, Saturday, August 16 at 9:15 a.m., followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Spirit Church, 410 Lear Rd. Avon Lake, at 10:00 a.m. Fr. James H. Beatty of the church will officiate. Interment will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Detroit Rd. Avon.
