Judith Mayo Lewis, 69, Marconi Communications Retiree
Judith Mayo Lewis (nee Wing), 69,of Lorain formerly of Avon Lake passed away September 9, 2003 at the Avon Oaks Skilled Nursing Facility. Mrs. Lewis was retired from Marconi Communications. She was born on December 3, 1933 in Williamsport, OH.Mrs. Lewis is survived by her sons and daughter-in-laws, Brad and Sue of Isle of Palms, South Carolina, Russ and Judy of Riverside, California, and Bruce and Carol of Tohatchi, New Mexico. Grandchildren Carolene, Stephen, Matthew, Brett, Kyle, Jennifer, Craig, Kelly, Benjamin, Noah, and Alec. Brothers Donald Wing, John Wing (Debbie), sisters Mildred Arling (Elmer), Alma Masters (Thomas), Phyllis Anne Coleman (Walter), many nieces and nephews, cousins and best friend Elaine Rotz. She is preceded in death by parents Frederick G. and Naomi B. (Templin) Wing. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two half brothers, Kirk Whitesed and Joseph A. Whitesed.
Friends may call at the Busch-Burmeister Family Chapel, 163 Avon-Belden Rd. Avon Lake, Tuesday, September 9 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. and for one hour before the funeral service from 8:30-9:30 a.m. Wednesday. Funeral services will be at the Funeral Home, Wednesday, September 10 at 9:30 a.m. Rev. John Butchko of Avon United Methodist Church will officiate. A graveside committal service will be held at 3:00 p.m. in Spring Lawn Cemetery, Williamsport, OH. Rev. Sands of Community United Methodist Church, Circleville, OH will officiate.
