Ann Lojo, 88, Enjoyed travel, reading, and playing cards
Ann Lojo (nee Rosa), 88, of Casper Wyoming, died Saturday, September 27, 2003 at the Central Wyoming Hospice Home in Casper after a brief illness.She was born March 7, 1915 in Wisconsin and had resided in Casper since 1994. She had grown up and lived in Lorain most of her life.
Mrs. Lojo attended Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Casper and a past member of St. John Catholic Church in Lorain. She enjoyed traveling, reading, playing cards, gourmet baking and family activities. She was a member of Solos and several playing card groups.
She is survived by her son Manuel Lojo and his wife Marilyn of Casper, Wyoming; grandchildren Ryan and Darren Lojo, both of Casper, Wyoming, Fred Lojo and his wife Nancy of Acworth, Georgia, Anthony Lojo and his wife Karen of Powell, Ohio, Christopher Lojo of Columbus and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Manuel Lojo in 1986, parents John and Anna (nee Seskar) Rosa, and three brothers.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave., Lorain. The Reverend Thomas Smith, pastor of St. John Catholic Church in Lorain, will officiate. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Lorain.
