Jesse VanDeusen, 52, Enjoyed boating, fishing, and water-skiing
Jesse “Andy” Andrew VanDeusen, 52, of Vermilion died on Friday, October 24, 2003 in Community Health Partners West, Lorain, after a 1 year illness.He was born June 9, 1951 in Harvard, Ill., and has been a Vermilion resident for the past 5 years, moving from Hinckley and Brunswick in Medina County.
He worked as a truck driver for E & L Transport, Vermilion, for the past 20 years. He was a member of the Teamsters Local #964 and Vermilion American Legion Post #397. He enjoyed boating, fishing, and water-skiing.
He is survived by his mother, Pat VanDeusen-Mentzer of Hinckley; his father, Hubert VanDeusen of McLaughlin, SD; a sister, Kathleen Kuzior of McLaughlin, SD; brother, Martin “Troll” VanDeusen of Colorado Springs, CO; and step-son, Nick Garano of Brunswick, OH.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 6-9 p.m. at the Riddle Funeral Home. 5345 South Street, in Vermilion.
Funeral services will be announced.
