Marguerite T. Dellefield, 90, Enjoyed gardening and animals
Marguerite Theresa Dellefield, 90, of Vermilion, died Friday, November 07, 2003 in Kingston of Vermilion after a year illness.She was born on September 30, 1913 in Milan, OH. She has been a resident of Vermilion for the past 60 years.
She worked for Philco in Sandusky until they closed, then as a custodian for the Vermilion School System until retirement.
She graduated from Amherst High School Class of 1932. Marguerite enjoyed farming, gardening, and animals.
Survivors include her brother, Raymond Dellefield of Vermilion; a sister, Ruth Sliman of Oberlin; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded n death by a sister, Matilda Boetticher, and her parents, George and Elizabeth (nee Pape) Dellefield.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 9, 2003 from 2-5 p.m. at the Riddle Funeral Home; 5345 South Street, in Vermilion.
Services will be held at the Riddle Funeral Home on Monday at 11:00 a.m. with the Reverend Louis Bertoni officiating. Interment will follow in Brownhelm Cemetery.
