Dorothy N. Hager, 77, Enjoyed spending time with family
Dorothy N. Hager (nee Wilson), age 77, of Lorain, died on Wednesday, November 19, 2003 at Community Health Partners Hospital and Surgical Center, Lorain, following a brief illness.She was born on December 4, 1925 in Dunbar, Pennsylvania, she moved to this area in 1962, coming from Mount Vernon, Ohio.
Dorothy enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, in which she married on April 29, 1967, Franklin of Lorain, sons: Paul Parsons, Edward Parsons, both of Lorain and Bernard Parsons of Cleveland, and daughter Carol Bennett of Lorain, brother Harry Wilson of California and sister Lena Hersh of Pennsylvania, 26 grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her two sons: James Parsons and Donald Parsons, parents Jobie and Matilda (nee Guth) Wilson, brother Jobie Wilson and sister Elizabeth Scott, and two grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Friday, November 21, 2003 from 6-8 p.m. in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain, where funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2003 at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park.
