Robert H. Bunner, 76, General Motors Retiree

Mr. Bunner was born November 29, 1027 in Buchannon, West Virginia, and had lived in Avon for the past 34 years.

Robert had worked in the Warehouse Department for General Motors, Parma, retiring after 27 years of service. He was a member of the UAW and volunteered at Easter Seals, Lorain.

Two daughters survive him: Christine M. Katanik of N. Olmstead, and Beverly A. Bunner of Avon; 3 grandchildren, Jessica, Scott, and Cody.

Proceeding him in death are his wife Carrie (nee Veith), whom he married June 15, 1950, and who passed away December 15, 1994; a daughter: Mary Beth Bunner and a son: Robert N. Bunner.

Friends may call the Busch-Burmeister Funeral Chapel; 32000 Detroit Road, Avon from 7-9 p.m. Monday, December 22, 2003. All services will be at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 23 at 10 a.m. Rev. John Butchko of the Avon United Methodist Church will officiate. Interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Garden, Avon.
