Lee was born August 9, 1972 in Cleveland.

He is survived by his mother: Jane T. Gugenbiller (nee McDonough) of Elyria, his father: Leland W. Lapp (Linda) of Avon Lake, his sister: Amanda Lapp, nephew Ryan Lapp and maternal grandmother Jane Rooney on Avon.

Private family services will be held. Arrangements are by the Busch-Burmeister Family Chapel, Avon Lake.
