Bonnie M. Larizza, 50, Mother, lifelong Elyria resident

Bonnie M. Larizza (nee Burnett), age 50, of Elyria, died Wednesday, February 11, 2004 at her home following a short illness.

Mrs. Larizza was born September 1, 1953 in Elyria, and was a lifelong resident.

She was formal legal secretary to attorney David Myers and was a clerk at the Elyria Municipal Court. Bonnie was a member of the American Legion Post 12 in Elyria and the Elyria Eagles Club.

Survivors include her husband: Donald; daughter: Debi Janicki of North Olmsted; son: Ryan Minney of Elyria; 4 grandchildren; and sister: Kathryn Burnett of Toledo.

Mrs. Larizza was preceded in death by her parents: Alex and Bessie (nee Yungman) Burnett.

Friends may call Friday from 5-8 p.m. at the Laubenthal-DeCarlo Funeral Home, 257 Washington Ave., in Elyria. Services will be on Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Jesus Christ Community Church, 1420 South Abbe Road. The Reverend Gene Collings, pastor, will officiate.
