Joanne M. Puzder, 72, Homemaker, enjoyed bowling and bingo
Joanne M. Puzder (nee Bohach), age 72, of Lorain, died Thursday, February 17, 2004 at Autumn Aegis Retirement Community, Lorain following a lengthy illness.Born February 24, 1931 in Lorain, she lived in Youngstown for a short time before returning to Lorain. She was a 1949 graduate of Lorain High School.
She was a homemaker, and enjoyed crocheting, bowling, and bingo.
Surviving her is her husband of 20 years: Richard; a son: Marc McFarland, of Osage City, Kansas; daughters: Judith Jablonski of Vermillion, and Nancy McClinton, of Osage City, Kansas; 4 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; brothers: Edgar Clark of Oberlin, and Ronald Clark of New York City, NY, and a sister: Kathy Sparks of Oberlin.
She was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Gerald McFarland; and her mother: Helen Clark.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5-9 p.m. in the Dovin Funeral Home; 2701 Elyria Ave., Lorain, where funeral services will be Thursday at 9:30 a.m. followed by mass at 10 a.m. at St. Ladislaus Catholic Church, E. 29th and Wood Avenue, Lorain. Rev. Father James Schmitz, pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
