Joetta Brunger, 43, Enjoyed spending time with her family

Joetta Brunger (nee Stout), age 43, of Lorain, died on Sunday, March 7, 2004 at New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph, Lorain, following a lengthy illness.

Born on August 1, 1960 in Elizabethtown, Tennessee, she had lived in Lorain for the past 34 years.

Joetta attended Clearview High School. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband: Keith L. Brunger, whom she married August 4, 1979; son: Keith William Brunger, of Elyria; mother: Betty Ruth Campbell Thomas and step-father: Roy Thomas, of Conover, North Carolina; brothers: Keith Stout, Kim Stout, and Travis Stout, all of Clearwater, Florida; sisters: Rebecca “Becky” Adkinson, and Kris Davis, both of Lorain, and Felicia Williams of Elyria; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death was her father: Lloyd Hook in 1982.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 10, 2004 from 12 p.m. until the time of services at 1 p.m. in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain. Burial will follow in Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria.
