Iolanda C. Daro, 79, Homemaker, enjoyed the outdoors
Iolanda Celia Daro, 79, of Columbia Station died Saturday, May 15, 2004 following a sudden illness.She was born January 7, 1925 in Catanzaro, Italy. Iolanda was a homemaker who enjoyed fishing, gardening and the outdoors.
Survivors include her son Vincent Daro of Columbia Station; sister Maria Celia Degirolamo of Catanzaro, Italy, stepsons and stepdaughters and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Vincent; stepson Tony Daro and grandson Tony Daro.
Friends may call Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Wyers Funeral Chapel, 2900 North Ridge Rd., Elyria where a 6 p.m. Prayer Service will be held. Her remains will be returned to Italy for burial.
