Cecilia M. Lindway, 75, Collected angels and spoons

She was born July 18, 1929 in Lorain and has lived in Lorain all of her life.

She was a Cashier at Convenient Food Mart for 20 years, retiring in 1983. She was a Clearview High School graduate. She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Church, Jolly 60’s, R.S.V.P., Senior Center, and a United Way Volunteer. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, gardening, and collecting angels and spoons.

Survivors include her sons Steven and Robert Lindway of Lorain, and two granddaughters. She is preceded in death by her husband Steven in 1989 and her brother Clarence Resko.

Visitation will be Sunday, August 8, 2004 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Reichlin-Cooley Funeral Home, 2920 Broadway, Lorain, OH. The Rosary will be said by St. Anthony Marian Guild at 3:00 p.m. Funeral prayers will be said on Monday at 9:30 a.m. at the Funeral Home, followed by a 10:00 a.m. mass at St. Anthony of Padua Church. Fr. Chuck Henkle, O.F.M. Conv., will officiate. Burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
